GDS Help Desk

If you have questions about making a GDS reservation using Amadeus, Apollo/Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan, please call the GDS Help Desk Support Line at SynXis at 877.367.2269. Agents are available to assist you 24 hours a day.

Commission Assistance

Hotel Sierra utilizes Perot Systems for all commission processing. Please contact the hotel you booked if you have questions about a commission. They will be happy to assist you and can even process a commission payment if necessary.

Commission Policy

Travel agent commission is payable at 10 percent on all rates up to 14 nights excluding established non-commissioned rates.
